Ordering and Pickup

Minimum preparation time

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all orders.

If a request is made within a shorter timeframe, it may be subject to availability, and an additional rush fee

Pickup Schedule

Pickup times are coordinated in advance and confirmed once the order has been placed.

At the time of purchase, the customer must indicate the approximate time they wish to pick up their order. Final availability will be confirmed by Mary’s Cakes through official communication channels.

Pickup Location

Mary’s Cakes currently offers pickup in Frederick, MD and Rockville, MD, providing greater convenience for our customers in the area. Rockville pickup is especially convenient for customers in Montgomery County and the Washington, DC area.

For privacy and security reasons, the exact pickup address will be provided once the order has been confirmed, through Mary’s Cakes official communication channels.

Punctuality

The agreed pickup time is specific; therefore, punctuality is requested.

Mary’s Cakes does not guarantee availability outside the previously confirmed time.

Transportation Instructions

It is recommended to transport the product on a flat, stable surface inside the vehicle. Avoid placing the box on inclined seats or exposing it to heat or direct sunlight.

Customer Responsibility Upon Pickup

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order at the time of pickup. Once the product has been delivered, responsibility for transportation, handling, and storage rests exclusively with the customer.
