PAYMENTS

All desserts available in the online store must be paid in full at the time of purchase. The order is confirmed only once the payment has been processed through the website. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Because our products are made fresh and prepared to order, no refunds are issued once payment has been confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are made fresh and prepared to order, cancellations are not accepted once payment has been confirmed. Requests to change the pickup or delivery date may be considered only if submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. No refunds are issued.

CUSTOMIZED DETAILS

Some of our products can include personalized details, such as names or short messages.

If you would like to add something special, you can leave a note when placing your order or contact us directly via WhatsApp to coordinate the details. 

Personalizations are subject to availability and must be confirmed before payment is completed. Once the order has been confirmed, no changes can be made.

Certain custom details may incur an additional charge depending on the request.
