TIEMPO MÍNIMO DE PREPARACIÓN
Se requiere un mínimo de 48 horas de anticipación para todos los pedidos. Si se realiza un pedido en un plazo menor, estará sujeto a disponibilidad y podría aplicar una tarifa por pedido urgente (rush fee).
HORARIO DE RECOGIDA
Los horarios de recogida se coordinan de antemano y se confirman una vez que se ha realizado el pedido. Al momento de la compra, el cliente debe indicar la hora aproximada en la que desea recoger su pedido. La disponibilidad final será confirmada por Mary’s Cakes a través de los canales de comunicación oficiales.
LUGAR DE RECOGIDA
Mary’s Cakes ofrece actualmente puntos de recogida en Frederick, MD y Rockville, MD, brindando mayor comodidad a nuestros clientes en la zona. El punto de recogida en Rockville es especialmente conveniente para los clientes del condado de Montgomery y el área de Washington, D.C.
Por razones de privacidad y seguridad, la dirección exacta de recogida se proporcionará una vez que el pedido haya sido confirmado, a través de los canales de comunicación oficiales de Mary’s Cakes.
PUNTUALIDAD
La hora de recogida acordada es específica; por lo tanto, se solicita puntualidad. Mary’s Cakes no garantiza disponibilidad fuera del horario previamente confirmado.
INSTRUCCIONES DE TRANSPORTE
Se recomienda transportar el producto sobre una superficie plana y estable dentro del vehículo. Evite colocar la caja en asientos inclinados o exponerla al calor o la luz solar directa.
RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CLIENTE AL RECOGER
Es responsabilidad del cliente verificar su pedido al momento de la recogida. Una vez entregado el producto, la responsabilidad del transporte, manipulación y almacenamiento recae exclusivamente en el cliente.
Mary’s Cakes no se hace responsable por ningún daño que ocurra después de la recogida.
MINIMUM PREPARATION TIME
A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required for all orders. If an order is placed within a shorter timeframe, it will be subject to availability and a rush fee may apply.
PICKUP SCHEDULE
Pickup times are coordinated in advance and confirmed once the order has been placed. At the time of purchase, the customer must indicate the approximate time they wish to pick up their order. Final availability will be confirmed by Mary’s Cakes through official communication channels.
PICKUP LOCATION
Mary’s Cakes currently offers pickup points in Frederick, MD and Rockville, MD, providing greater convenience for our customers in the area. The Rockville pickup point is especially convenient for customers in Montgomery County and the Washington, D.C. area. For privacy and security reasons, the exact pickup address will be provided once the order has been confirmed, through Mary’s Cakes' official communication channels.
PUNCTUALITY
The agreed-upon pickup time is specific; therefore, punctuality is requested. Mary’s Cakes does not guarantee availability outside of the previously confirmed schedule.
TRANSPORT INSTRUCTIONS
It is recommended to transport the product on a flat and stable surface inside the vehicle. Avoid placing the box on sloped seats or exposing it to heat or direct sunlight.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY UPON PICKUP
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their order at the time of pickup. Once the product is handed over, the responsibility for transport, handling, and storage rests exclusively with the customer. Mary’s Cakes is not responsible for any damage that occurs after pickup.
